记录小语6 - 爱是。。
爱是一种主动的过程，而不是一种被动的情感。爱的主动性，包括关心、责任、尊重、认识。爱包含着关心，爱是对我们所爱的生命成长的主动关注。缺乏这种主动的关注就不是爱。爱是对另外一个人的主动渗透，对对方的尊重及责任感。
爱的能力首先看内心储存了多少爱可以给予，如果一个人内心是干枯的，没有爱可以付出，也就缺乏爱的基础。爱首先要尊重自己:- 人对自己生命、幸福、成长、自由的确定，同样根植于其爱的能力，根植于对自己的关心、尊重、责任和认识。一个缺乏自爱的人给予的爱往往带有高的附加值，会伴有强烈的回报需求.
鉴别爱的能力 - 要理智地对待求爱，分清什么是好感、喜欢、爱情。要自信也要尊重别人。
呵护爱的能力。呵护爱是一种综合能力。美好的精神风貌和生命的活力是基础。呵护爱需要平等、独立、尊重和信任。呵护爱是一个人内在品质的检验

每一段爱情，都会从激情走向平淡。开始时电击般的兴奋和痴情，慢慢变得温和平静，少了冲动，开始觉察心中人的缺点，也会为失去新鲜感而烦躁不安。其实，乏味，倦怠，排斥，都是恋爱平静期的正常情绪，既是情绪从高潮回落的必经过程，却也是证明双方关系走向巩固和稳定的标志。没了新鲜，却有了默契;少了冲动，却多了脚踏实地的相处;看见了缺点，却也是开始了解真正的对方。和平务实的相处，反而能考验出双方感情的纯粹度，是爱情的新生。

一个人的性格决定他的际遇。喜欢自己的性格之时，也无权拒绝那际遇。
有人喜欢新奇，有人安于保守。保守是一份安定的力量，能使人冷静抉择。新奇是一份冲力提供更多可以选择的方向。
笨放的性格有勇往直前的好处，含蓄的性格有迂迥委婉的优点。把自己性格的特色，就是每个人处世的风格与成功的道理。
人与人的智力不同，性向不同。盲目地让自己去和别人竞争，痛苦的机会多，成功的希望少。

记录小语3 - 欣赏
人欣赏美好，也欣赏凄凉。落日晚霞，霜叶秋秋，晓风残月，流浪漂泊，离情别绪，秋日长天的冻云。敲窗的冷雨，无人的空階，寒夜秋虫，昏暮雨中列车的汽笛，都是凄伤， 也都是美丽。
不要说诗情画意都是些不切实际的虚无缥缈。因为这些虚无缥缈正是生活的润饰 是心灵的清泉。
诗情画意不仅是生活的点缀，而且是生命力的来源。不喜欢欣赏良辰美景的人，总免不了缺少了一点应有的现象力、冲力，以及追七里香的热忱。
失去了对诗情画意的赞赏之情是可悲的，因为那是一种心灵的衰老。
有些梦想的本身就是非常值得欣赏的。
说人生乏味的人一定对良辰美景忘记了。
回忆常使人产生欣赏之情。 在当时并不美丽好的变为美好，并不可爱的变为值得留恋，苦恼与仇恨也变为淡然。 以这份领悟来面对眼前的爱乐恩怨，自会平静超然。
一个人生活格调的高下和他对艺术的欣赏能力与爱好程度有关。 做一个艺术家，需要天才；但做一个欣赏着，可以靠后天的培养。
一个人的欣赏力和品评力决定他的选择力，也就形成一个人言谈举止，穿着起居的格调。而欣赏力和品评力的培养就是要接近艺术。

繁忙的现代人更需要宁静的高山流水，森林古寺，清晨巨额草的乡村，夜深人静的时刻，以及古诗、古画、古物等等。只因为它们可以世人暂时离开无谓现实的催逼，而有机会面对自己。
人们越是忙碌，心思就越容易只停留在事物的表面， 而没有时间去深思。当人们习惯不去深思的时候，生活只剩下物质的奔走微逐，而没灵性上的光辉了。
浮面的快乐禁不起沉静下来的反省。纸醉金迷的玩乐过后，定会感到空虚。 因为那浮面的快乐并非块垒，而是麻醉。
纯朴不仅是一种美德，而且是一种是心灵澄澈的清洁剂。它能使你减少物愁，远离罪恶。
忙碌紧张的现代生活使人们逐渐失去欣赏与体味的心情。因此一切细致的艺术都被冷落了，这实在是人类的一大损失。
人的感情是很复杂的。因此需要静下来的时刻， 是我们有机会来体赏。艺术家们尤其需要这种深且感人的创作。匆忙的生活， 使人只注意到表面的肤浅感觉，创作和欣赏都受到损害。
需要精神生活越多的人，其智慧越高。
真正的生活来自安详的认知和稳定的把握方向。
摒绝外务，抱定方针，才不致迷失，才不会徒劳，才是真正个人力量的成长，与群体力量的发挥与延续。
形体虽无法远离现实，精神却大可向往飘逸。
能尽量减少物欲，摆脱荣累，那也就是明智而超然的生活了。
人们常希望从日常琐事中解脱，找到自由在的“纯我”。但是生活比有责任，无法真正摆脱，也不必真正摆脱，能使自己一方面在现实中求存，一方面在精神上另有境界，才是成功的人生。
物质上无止境的追求，其结果是对个人价值无止境的否定。那朝夕的奔劳，永远追赶不上变化不停的物欲。於是个人变成了物质戏弄的猴子。忙碌的追逐着一个不可企及的幻影而无暇反顾自己的愚味。
一个人要站的高，才能看得远， 能看得远，再不至为现实事所淹没。

《谢谢你》(Thank You)刀郎
喜欢这首歌是因为他的词, 是在某个电视台听到的。
旋律听起来开始是有点悲伤， 再仔细听后，听到逐渐的无奈。然后是心底里衷心的感激。
并不是每个人都很容易的说 “对不起。"，同样的，也并不是每个人都很容易的说 “谢谢你."。谢谢你看到这。
假如人生能够留下可以延续的记忆
我一定选择感激
如果在我临终之前还能发出声音
我一定会说一句谢谢你
如果生命之重可以用我双手托起
你定是我生命的精灵

Friendship Therapy/给我亲爱的朋友
有空闲的时候，又看到好的书本，都会将书里面觉得很好意识及简单的句子，抄在自己喜欢的笔记簿里，然后心情不好时时， 会拿来看看，又或者想拿来打发时间时，就能随手翻动翻动两下。
以下的 “friendship therapy/给我亲爱的朋友” 其内容是自己蛮喜欢的一本很小本的书。 它很简洁的利用一些很普通却又意识很深的单字，道出了在友谊的世界里的联想和应用。
1. A friend accept you just as you are. 朋友接受你的本来面具。
2. Cultivate your friendship.耕耘友谊。
友谊需要用心去栽培，小小的巧思会增添无限风味。
