Error deleting file or folder

Sometimes, in many cases, when you wana to delete a file or folder, but you just couldn't do it, even after you've restarted the system. The system will display the error message of "The file is being used" for most of the time; even you've long didn't open or read the file. The system just couldn't let you to delete it!

Hence, to resolve this issue, have to determine the process/resources that has the open handle, and then close that process. In this cases, a tool will be needed, to display a list of processes that have files open, which called The Process Explorer utility. A small program that doesn't required to install.

The Process Explorer utility lists the files, registry keys, and other objects that open processes are using or the dynamic-link libraries (DLLs) that the processes loaded.To obtain the Process Explorer utility, visit the following Web site: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx

After download & extract the files, simply click on the executable file, and it will launch the program. Then, click on the Find in menu bar & select "Find Handle or DLL, input and search the file name that wana to be removed, and return result will be highlighted in blue. If the return result is correct, then just simply press delete key in keyboard to close the process for the handle, and the file or folder will be able to removed/delete after this.
