My ISP

I don't think that I have a good ISP here. My line always dropped without good reasons. I just don't like the services provided by them, but no better choices left to choose as very less competitors available in the market at this area

At the beginning, whenever the line is dropped, I called hot-line for technical support; to log a report, and to find out why? They will just asked me to follow the standard troubleshooting steps that really really very annoying & time wasting, and repeating the same useless steps; and getting myself very frustrated with it.

But now, when the line is dropped again, I still logging call, to get the report number, and then asked for the duration of down time too. After that, with these info, I hung up the phone and re-dial hot-line, but opt to billing department, instead of technical support.

Why.....so?...Consumer's Rights!

This morning, my line was dropped again...and again, I repeated calling hot-line, get the log report no, & downtime's duration, and called hot-line again.

Right after a while, the line is back to normal, working fine for me.
