Few years back, i had my first oversea trip with a gang of friends of 9. We went to Pulau Batam, as one of these friends got the complimentary chalet(as part of the company's benefits) from her company, it was an excited trip, as we never been to a trip with alltogether of 10.
So, the first thing of our discussion was about the day when to set off. As we are such a big group, and furthermore, some of them were working in the same company, and some even in the same department, hence we gotto plan to find replacement or person to backup us forour absent.
Then, the next thing we planned on was the journey. As it was a free and easy trip, the power of controlling was in our hand. We started to talked and talked about where to start? where to end? where to eat? what to eat? ...etc. Of course we planned too on where to shhoooppp...SHOP!
We also shared ideas on money issue. Kind of notes they were accepting? How much to bring? Will there easy to find for money changer?
The chalet and its' environment as well as the services provided, also part of the discussions. Were we allowed to cook? Or packed our food in? Was it very far from town area and hence needed to spend extra on transportation? Or transportation service was provided? and so on that whatever we could think of at that moment.
After a series of discussions and plannings, we proceed accordingly.
